Rough cut and feedback

We showed our video to the class and here I have recorded our feedback.

Positive:
- The match on action at the beginning of the video was very good, which meant using two cameras proved successful.
- The 'boot shot' proved very interesting to our audience.

- We demonstrated a variety of good camera skills and angles.
- The intergration of a story in the music video was a good idea.

- The black and white effect on the flashbacks created more emotion and accenterated the fact of being in the past.

- We made a good choice of realistic and well performing actors
- The favourite shot: was the arial shot of Emily and Joe (also imaginative)
- Our lip syncing was spot on and our performance was a high quality
- The choice of locations were different and interesting making the video seem more realistic

- The shots were well lit, especuially those in Epping Forest

- Editing looked invisible and was very well done

Negative:
- The upbeat section of our song (where Joe gives Emily the necklace) is too long and needs to be cut.
- The shot of us four in the woods is too long and needs to be cut and maybe even cropped.

- We have been advised to experiment a little more with lighting.
